1. Features of Silent Type Generator
Silent type diesel generator sets are widely used for different applications like telecommunications, hotels, entertainment venues, hospitals, shopping malls, industrial factories, mining projects and other places with strict environmental noise requirements, as a prime or backup power supply.
1.1 Reasonable design of air inlet and outlet. The power part of the generator set belongs to the internal combustion engine. Therefore, during the operation of the generator set, sufficient air flow is required to ensure the full combustion of the engine and to dissipate a large amount of heat generated during operation. If the proportion of air intake and exhaust is unbalanced, it will affect the normal operation of the generator set, which will lead to high water temperature and power failure of the generator set. If the generator set works under high temperature conditions for a long time, it will affect the use life.
1.2 Choice of noise-absorbing material. The special noise-absorbing sponge is used to reduce the noise. There is another method with better effect, that is to use a combination of mesh-type noise-absorbing material and noise-absorbing sponge to reduce the noise. However disadvantage is higher cost.

2. Silent Generator Advantages:

2.9 The trailer base is mainly composed of frame, suspension system, traveling mechanism, supporting device, braking system, electrical system, etc., and the driving speed does not exceed 30 km/h.
